The Brief
The client, Farm Owners Academy, helps farmers not only run their farms but also build successful businesses, with a strong focus on mental health. Their three-year membership program offers a portal
that includes communication tools, learning resources, templates, and more. Before working with me, they were using Teachable as their platform but faced significant challenges as their membership grew
to over 350 members.
As their client base expanded, managing new members and updating learning content became increasingly time-consuming and administratively heavy. The platform lacked professionalism,
technology, and the functionality needed for smooth operations. Onboarding was also a cumbersome, manual process. They were looking to engage a professional who could assist them in selecting
and implementing a better platform to overcome these issues.
