Terms and Conditions for Kajabi Co-working Day

By purchasing a ticket to this Kajabi Co-working Day, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: This event is open to current Kajabi users only. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are using Kajabi for your business.

2. Payment and Refunds:
- The ticket price is $35 (inc. GST) per person.
- All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another Kajabi user with prior notification to the organizer.

4. Conduct: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. The organizer reserves the right to remove any attendee who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.

5. Liability: The organizer is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Content and Confidentiality:
- Any advice or information shared during the event is opinion-based and not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.
- Attendees agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share personal or business information disclosed during the event without permission.

7. Photography and Recording:
- By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
